Sounds like you have hepatitis B surface antigen in your blood. Mostly that means you have the surface of the hepatitis B virus in your blood ... and that usually means you have the rest of the virus there too.

Give me a sec to get you some info on Hepatitis B Virus

There - see the wiki page

Hepatitis B is a virus that can infect humans and predominantly affects our LIVER. This can cause many problems with the liver, predominantly the inability to detoxify drugs in our system, but it can cause pains in the abdomen (right upper quadrant) and it can cause people to turn yellow (jaundice) and it can cause a form of encephalopathy - "brain fever" where people can be confused and disoriented and eventually go into a coma or die.

In many cases the body fights back and is able to come to some sort of balance with the virus. People who manage this become "carriers" where the virus is in them, but it is not affecting them so badly.

It can cause cirrhosis of the liver - where lots of scarring of the liver can cause the liver to shrink and not work so well.

The last nasty thing the virus can do is to cause a liver cancer - a hepatoma or hepatocellular carcinoma.

There are treatments available for HBV but you will need to discuss this with your doctor. They tend to be mainly used for people who have bad acute hepatitis and are very sick from it.

Anti-HAV IgM is non-reactive-- Hepatitis A is not the diagnosis
Anti-HBs is non reactive__ Antibodies to Hepatitis B virus have not formed.
HBsAg is reactive-- Hepatitis B infection is present and has not resolved. Either the acute or chronic infection is there or the carrier state is there. Hepatitis B profile has to be done including Hepatitis BeAg and hepatitis B core antibody to see the state of infection.

In advance, form a conclusion.

Your condition is "Hepatitis B carrier".

This is the only deduction That can be drawn.

It is necessary that you should execute more in-depth study.

Whether HBeAg is positive or negative..

And about antiDNA titer that you have.

You must have an definite examination and manage your liver.

It is quite probable that Hepatitis B carrier state person

will be taken Liver cirrhosis or Liver carcinoma

18 times more than normal.
