There is many reason for feelings of tiredness, such as low iron levels, low blood pressure, poor diet, flu, diabetes etc.
As someone said this is not the place to ask, because we are not qualified to diagnose a medical condition. You need to speak to your doctor about this, and have them do a full blood work up, and medical check up.
Good luck and hope you find out what is going on.

The symptoms that you describe sound a lot like HIGH SUGARS! I believe that you should have a Medical Doctor test your fasting blood sugar. The US Statistics are horrible (below). It is important that you get this checked before it begins to damage your internal organs. There are a number of things that are being done today that have never been done to help with these problems before. Do yourself a favor and GET IT CHECKED! (i HOPE THAT i AM WRONG).
There are 20.8 million children and adults in the United States, or 7% of the population, who have diabetes. While an estimated 14.6 million have been diagnosed, unfortunately, 6.2 million people (or nearly one-third) are unaware that they have the disease.
Have a great holiday!

first of all how old are you?? If you are young then its normal and can just be growing pains, but it is worth getting checked out by a dr who may refer you for an x-ray in case you have OCD (osteo chondritis dessicans) a disease of the epiphyseal joints. If you are older you could have early signs of OA, (Osteo Arthritis) or even a rheumatics problem. The pain and aching could also be referred from your back. Have you had any injuries??

You give no indication of how long this condition has been present. Nor what you have had explained by your doctor! What have you had tested thus far? You should know what it isn't, by now. As nothing you have tried has been successful, apparently. The only symptom you have presented that has created a place for an answer, is regarding your headache.
I would suggest seeing a doctor of Chiropractic for that problem and allow him/her determine what is causing your systemic problem.

You're giving us very general symptoms, love, it could be anything. Go see a doctor and discuss diet, activity level, stress levels, basically everything that's going on in your life right now, and he/she will take it from there.

How old are you? Get more exercise. The headaches, that's all of that coffee you're drinking. Stop with the coffee. Eat better.
