it is a painkiller
i am on it right now for pain but it doesn't really do anything unless you abuse
it is kind of like tylenol just with a more prone to get addicted thats all

It effects everyone differently. It made me feel low. I felt awefully miserable and depressed. My sister gave it to me for simple pain a few years ago. I took it for tension headaches for about a week, then finally looked in the PDR to see why I wanted life to end when I'm normally a jolly person. Yep, Vicodin is evil and not for me at all. I worry about people who can take it and keep going like everything's all good.

all drugs do, high is a very vauge word to use, they make you high, but not trip like crazy, unless you abuse it, then you could die though.
