God is too great and too vast to be limited to our own spirits or souls. God is the Creator of the whole universe, and He is so great that He brought it into existence from nothing. He also is your Creator. You aren't here by chance—He put you here. And He put you here so you could know Him and serve Him.
When you confine God to your own inner thoughts, however, you make Him into something far smaller than He actually is. The Bible says, "Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom" (Psalm 145:3). Once you understand how great God is, you will never be content to limit Him to your own soul. Instead, you will want to worship Him and thank Him for His goodness and love to you.
The most important thing I can tell you about God, however, is this: He loves you, and He wants you to know Him. He loves you so much that He sent His Son into the world to erase the barrier that separates us from God—the barrier of sin. Don't be deceived, but by a simple act of faith turn to Christ and commit your life to Him. Then you will truly know God—and one day you will go to be with Him through all eternity.

We are not part of God. He is neither inside nor outside us.
If we are part of God, we must be all glorious.
If He is inside us, He is too small.
If He is outside us, He is too far for us to reach.
Yes, we have to read the Holy Books and to meditate on His omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience...to conduct a living suitable to His love. In the past, people depended on professional prachers who owned the Books; now the Holy Books are available for all mankind on the Internet.

When you get saved, you accept Jesus Christ into your heart, such that the Bible says "It is not I who live but Christ who lives in me."
However, be careful not to confuse this idea with the one of pantheism that states God is an actual PART of His creation. This is not true. God created us and the universe, and everything in it, but He is HOLY (that means SEPARATE) from the creation.
He can live IN us, the Holy Spirit can work THROUGH us, but He is not PART of us. Hope this helped.

All conditions r true that u said to god my friend!!!!!!I know difficult to understand??I will explain with example.Have u consider air ever.It is inside us always its even outside always and as it is mentioned in Aryan civilization that body is made up of five substances:air,fire,water,sky and earth we are part of it also.It totally depends upon u that u take him (GOD) in which face by treating him inside,outside or itself part of him.That's why its mentioned in holy books god is everywhere.
