Why you need a web site for this? Ask your neighbour to convert to Islam. If he doesn't care then just kill him because he is a "kafir" as per the tenets of Islam. That's it so simple is Islam. This is what all the Islamic Web sites and Mullas teach in Masjids and Madrassas.

'King of Crusade' is one the worst Islam bashers on this site, just in case you haven't noticed.
Everyone has an opinion of the 'best' according to their satisfaction. You have to try so many sites to see what is best in terms of answering your queries. I only had the time to check: "islamonline.net" so far.

u have to be very carful cuz alot of islamic sites are made by jews and people who are trying to spread hate towards muslims.
