I think color accenting is when you take a photo that is already in black and white or you have changed into it and you add tiny bits of color into the black and white. For example, you have a black and white wedding photo and you want the whole pic to be black and white except for the boquet the bride is holding. You want to instead, change the boquet to be it's original color or to add your own color to the boquet. I'm just looking for software that does that and I think it's called photo accenting though I could be wrong.

To do that in the most 100% perfect, you have to use photoshop(any version)since it can select the wanted area in precious lines and have many tools to add colors and to change their levels or saturations, and can go back to 99 steps to choose the best appearance......

get photoshop cs2 or earlier. create a new layer select boquet and work on variations. this is great as it shows how the image will look.

But are you sure you want to try this adjustment as it is already looking old. Black and white is beautiful please keep it subtle.

You can do it in any program which permits layers. The term for the technique is, so far as I am aware, 'colour popping'. The easy way to do it is to make a duplicate layer, select that part that you wish to retain colour in, delete the remainder, convert the main layer to black and white (by whichever method you prefer) and merge.

you're in all probability taking multiple photos, it particularly relies upon on your form yet independent colorings like brown and black continually look large in %., and eyeliner relies upon on your eye shape yet i think of winged liner seems large on anybody Liquid liner will in all probability look the darkest and final the longest so i could advise that yet get a physically powerful high quality one.
