There's no substitute for proper diet and exercise. I tried slim fast but its a waste of money. I tried diet pills and they always worked but I always gained the weight back and then some. If I lost 15 I gained back 20. Eat 5 small meals a day, drink a lot of water at least 8 glasses a day and exercise at least 3 times a week. It will take a couple of months, depending on how much you need to lose but it will stay off.

While it will not hurt for one million meal an afternoon, you're very lively and figure out so if you do not placed sufficient vitamins for your frame then the frame begins feeding off fats after which ultimately muscle. You will even start to maintain extra water wt than average. While Slim Fast has labored for lots of, individually it'll not ever replacement a well/healthful meal. Instead of utilising the narrow quick why do not you're making one million meal not anything however fruit and vegetables (comparable to lunch time) there's not anything improper with consuming a one million/two cup of fruit and probably yogurt (for those who find it irresistible). You could honestly must examine what you customarily consume within the meal your short of to replacement to the energy in Slim Fast. If you're a runner, then I'm certain you are taking nutrients. If it is the protein your watching for then you'll get that out of peanut butter (carb pleasant...I consider it is peter pan that makes it) and celery sticks. You have many choices to reduce energy without sacrificing the vitamins your frame demands to maintain up with you. Good success!

I tried a slimfast diet and that worked pretty well, but that stuff tastes disgusting. The first shake or two aren't that bad, but after a week or two it's hard to choke it down. On second thought, maybe I lost weight because being hungry was more appealing than drinking slimfast shakes.

Just read the can, there are like 34g of sugar in one can of slim fast. This is not a healthy meal replacement.
The fact is you can loose fat by simply eating 5 smaller complete meals per day. Make each meal have a animal protien, good fats and some complex carbs. Combine this diet with some aerobics and resistance trainging and you will become a fat burning machine.
You do NOT need any "fat burning drugs" or supliments, just eat right and you can loose fat.

I tried slim fast, it did cause me to lose a couple of pounds but I had to discontinue use because it just gave me so much gas until it became very painful and I had to go to the emergency room, they don't tell you about the gas. At this juncture, I just limit my food intake which has taken a lot of control, I have lost 26 pounds in 4 months.

I have tried Slim fast, and it did work. But like any other diet, you have to follow it to the very letter and exercise. Anything is considered exercise too...anything that you don't do on a daily basis.
