ok it went down like this, I live with my girlfriend and my two best friends, one is my best guy friend and the other my best 'friend who is a girl.' We are fairly relaxed around each other and walk around the house naked if we have just had a shower or played strip poker or any other fun and sexy games. A few weeks ago I took a picture of my best mate in the shower and threatened to show people, he shouldnt have been worried, he has nothing to worry about in that department. But I left it on my digital camera and then someone broke into our house while we were out clubbing and stole my camera. The other day my best friend who is a girl, who must have been looking at naughty things on the internet, stumbled across the picture i had taken on a rudey website. She told everyone and they think it is really funny. This isnt really my fault is it, I didnt mean for this to happen. What should I do? He isnt very happy with me, and they wont reply to emails or take it down. What should I do?

You were wrong to take the picture in the first place. That picture can hurt him in future career endeavors. It isn't your fault someone broke into the house but the picture shouldn't have been taken in the first place. Apologize sincerely and tell your friend you would like to make this up to him the best you can and ask him what it would take to make things right. Good luck

Not much you can do about what has h appened. People today do take pictures that are of others and post them on these god forsaken places. yes, without the knowledge of the subject in the picture. I doubt very much you will get it removed since it was posted by someone else. If you could find the person that did this, you may find the theif also.
Next time use a chip for your camera and dont leave it in the camera all the time. be more careful of storing pictures you have taken.

this is also why I hesitate to transmit pictures of myself over the internet to anyone or information about myself. by the way clean pictures. I had a person take it upon themselves to pass on some personal information to another person. I guess you know when I found out, they got a good tounge lashing.
you cannot trust people today.
Hopefully your friend will get over this. Right now he has some hurt feelings. This should be a good lesson for both of you abot pictures and personal information.
Trust no one and leave your camera in a place not accessable for others to see or get it.
all you can do now is tell him your sorry.

Give him time, he'll get over it. In a month, he'll be wearing T-shirts and hats that say "porn star"
