I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and here is what I have found.
ProCaps labs makes a great supplement called "Hair Skin and Nails" formula, here is the link for that
http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/pages/pro...
This is in capsule form and easy to swallow. This company, ProCaps labs is also extremely reputable and carries pure and effective products.
I took GNC's Nourishair for four months, and supplemented it with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low Biotin content. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin with the GNC pills.
The Procaps hair vites have 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and don't really require extra Biotin be taken, but I do take an additional 2500 micrograms of Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin.
My hair is growing in thick and dark and quite quickly. My hair used to be very slow growing, but all of these supplements have really made a difference.
The only way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or other topically applied things do nothing to change hair's structure, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth

You might be on the correct track with the merchandise you've got chosen. Try to steer clear of utilizing direct warmness in your hair as you transition. Braids, sew-ins, twists are good hairstyles for transitioning. Assess out some youtube videos for extra advice on specific hairstyles as well. Additionally make certain you utilize moisturizing merchandise! Before shampooing your hair, pour a couple of quarter sized amount of oil for your hand and rub it for the duration of your hair and location a shower cap over it for roughly quarter-hour. Shampoo and deep situation every week or week and a 1/2. That you may additionally put a nickel sized amount of oil to your hair and put a shower cap over it for roughly 10 minutes every day you don't shampoo your hair. When you do decide to get the braids, sew-ins or twists, be certain to oil your scalp every day or two. I use jojoba oil, vitamin e oil, and olive oil after I do not shampoo and coconut oil once I do shampoo. The coconut oil I let keep on for an hour earlier than I shampoo though. Doing this helps scale down the amount of breakage and dryness. Be definite to proceed getting your ends clipped too! I am hoping this helps you.

My Suggestion:

Buy Dhatri Oil (If in India).
Apply it before sleep (use your fingers to massage the oil on your scalp) and wash your hair with mild shampoo in the morning.

Get a head massage every week.

Use conditioner.

Continue for a month and you will see the results.

Eat an apple daily, n fish twice a weak or even daily intake of cod liver oil intake instead of fish wll aso help, eat an egg daily, or dy nuts/drt fruits like almond or almond oil massage is also thought good for hair.Egg oil is thought to have magical properties for growth of new hair if massaged on sclap. Comb 15 to 20 minutes daily before going to bed this regulates blood circulation near roots of hair. Trim orhair if they have colour less or split ends. Use comb instead of brush and keep it clean bywashing it freaguently with the help of some brush. Always use the tidiest pillow case and avoid shairing your comb, pillow, caps etc. Avoid blow drying, always pat hair wth toweland later let them dry naturally . give your hair a little oily treat in rouine and a bigger oily treat 2 to 3 hours before washing your hair. Never apply shampoo directly to your hair, first soak them with lots of water and then tae shampoo in your palm or some disposible cup and mix it with water and then apply to your hair to leather by rubbing your sclap, this way less shampoo (less chemicals) wash more of your hair. Never dry your hair in sun light or warm air. Comb your hair (if itis long) by starting combing them a little above tips, them a little much above the tips nand gradually go to the roots and even it is hard to comb your hair this way then do the same with the help of fingers before combing and never pull thm hard.
