He does. Some just choose not to listen. Some have had their minds closed to it because of the teachings of the religion of the family they happen to be born into.

God has His people all around the planet, who are spreading His message over all the world, even now. And even in the places where He has no "preacher," He, as the Almighty God, is fully able to connect with any heart that truly desires to know Him! So we needn't worry that any sincerely seeking heart will be left out! "God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts"! He loves us, and He "is not willing that any should perish"! Your question assumes that we, as humans, are more righteous than God, because we have a greater concern that people will be lost than He does! But you may rest assured that this is not the case!

The Bible tells us that "the Gospel shall be preached in all the world, and then shall the end come." God knows what He's doing! And now, what about you? Have you accepted His message of salvation, yourself?

Yes; but man is the one that rejects it -

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

What she's asking is why a billion Chinese are going to hell because they don't get Cable.

The answer is a simple one. If God truely loved everyone, he would be smart enough to inspire people all over the world to preach his message in all times. God would be smart enough to be the source and light for all the religions and each would be a different culture's interpertation of the same thing and would have the same basic meaning with it's own flavor.

If God isn't even as smart as me, the Universe is screwed.

Yes He is. It is the duty of all who truly believe and follow the teachings of Christ, to propagate the faith by walking the walk of brotherhood and love and tolerance.
The reason Rome fell and the great anti-Christ Constantine attempted to pollute the faith by turning it into religious dogma, was because early Christians by their acts and their Love and their lack of fear of death challenged the foundation of Roman power(terror, and selfishness)

NO I do not and have never tolerated the errors on this planet.

Soon will the message be spread? But your short life may not see it unless, you become the truth.
