Best is to have a course of Grape cure done. Simply start with soups of vegetables and switch over to Grapes and water only for 7 days and after that again switch to soups. then to normal diet

I think that I'd feel more ill if I even looked at a banana or apple. Maybe if the apple was stewed with some pear but in raw form they always feel so undigestable. Maybe some tinned peaches or stewed peaches or Mango.

I think you should take like food snaks etc. like curd, rice, fruit juce which also help u to grab again eatting tast and it will also give some energy to your body and complete your health requirement. Also try some lemon juces.

Juices, but not citrus, melons, bananas, just about any fruit pureed, again not citrus, the throat and stomach are'nt ready for oranges, grapefruit, etc.

I know when my kids get sick and are vomitting the doctor gives them the brat diet which is Banana's rice applesauce and toast and they do fine with it
