no muslim ever issued fatwas against criminal muslim leaders such as KOHOMENI, SADAM, AMADINAJAD, RAFSANJANI, KATAMI, ARAFAT, GADAFI, SAUDI KINGS AND RULERS OF ALL MUSLIM COUNTRIES that are nothing but criminals who muredered thousands of their own muslim people?

"Resident and wayfarer" was a legal expression that meant that whether the attackers terrorize people in their urban centers or terrorize travelers, the result was the same: all such attacks constitute a corruption of the earth. The legal term given to people who act this way was muharibun (those who wage war against society), and the crime is called the crime of hiraba (waging war against society). The crime of hiraba was so serious and repugnant that, according to Islamic law, those guilty of this crime were considered enemies of humankind and were not to be given quarter or sanctuary anywhere. ... Those who are familiar with the classical tradition will find the parallels between what were described as crimes of hiraba and what is often called terrorism today nothing short of remarkable. The classical jurists considered crimes such as assassinations, setting fires, or poisoning water wells - that could indiscriminately kill the innocent - as offenses of hiraba. Furthermore, hijacking methods of transportation or crucifying people in order to spread fear and terror are also crimes of hiraba. Importantly, Islamic law strictly prohibited the taking of hostages, the mutilation of corpses, and torture.

There were probably plenty who spoke up against the hoodlums of Islam... Who do you thing those millions of dead people were?

...and perhaps because the only living Mufti are all in the pockets of the hoodlum leaders. A Mufti who judges against a ruthless leader at morning prayer is likely to become a very dead Mufti by dusk.

The old life preserving philosophy of "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em," is the only way to stay alive in a militant Muslim country. I think that's an easy philosophy to adapt when one is relatively certain that he's somewhat fond of breathing.

In Islam tradition & belief, they think suicide and murder is a sign of sacrifice to their God, Allah. We all know it's wrong but when there finally was torture among men for no reason, we decided to protect them but then they say it's just aother sign of praise which we all know isn't good.

This is very wrong and let's not think of their past but think of a better future for our children so they won't think about this torture as well,

because many of their leaders are uneducated violent peasants who maintain control and power through fear. Muslims should speak up by renouncing these bums. But.....they'll be victimised.....some religion.
