Can someone please rephrase this quote in a more simpler form: "God and Nature do not work together in vain"

It's pretty simple, but I'm having a very terrible and frustrating thinking(?)/thinker's block right now that's preventing me from understanding that phrase. Especially now that I've read it at least 20 times over (which makes trying to understand it worse.)

Thanks in advanced to whoever provides me with good answers.

Very Goth!

'Deus Et Natura No Faciunt Frusta' says 'God and Nature do not work together in vain'

I'd go for 'God and Nature are always in harmony'.

Things created by Nature are done so as part of God's purpose.
