Hi Matthew P!!
Probably dog acne. There is a cream and wash you can use.

Also, pimples may be allergic to dog food bowl (if it is plastic) or something else he is dragging his muzzle in? If you think it is just acne, a little bit of alcohol rubbed on the area with a cotton ball can work wonders!

To get rid of it, just see your vet.

It is hard to say without seeing them. Is her muzzle swollen? How many bumps? Does she have them on both sides? Try giving her 1 Benedryl and see if they go away. If they don't, perhaps a visit with the vet is in order.

Have you only just noticed them or have they just appeared? If they might have been there a while, they could possibly be moles. My male Westie has a few bumps on his muzzle and they're moles.
