I heard putting a warm bottle of water near him so he can feel warmth like with his brothers and sisters work, or some people put a ticking clock by his bed, so it sounds like a heartbeat?
Not sure if it works, but I'm sure anything helps

If a dog is nervouse and you pet it, hold it, and try to calm it, you are doing horrible damage to that dog!

I know you don't mean to, but your only telling the dog it's good to be scared! Be confident, act like nothing is wrong (because nothing is). Be a leader to the dog. They need you to be their pack! A puppy in a pack would never be asked to be brave... just to follow the leader and do as they do.

Play with him, hold him, show him around, show him where to go potty, and talk while doing it. Share some scrambled eggs with him, so he gets used to your touch and develops trust in you. Scrambled eggs helps the pup's nervous tummy.
