This could me many many things. You definately should see a doctor to have a few things ruled out.

You're going to want to have your sugars checked as this could be a diabetic symptom or hypoglycemia.

You're also going to want to watch out for thyroid problems, food allergies, Celiac, digestive disorders, stress, bad eating habits, etc. It could also be a sign of asthma, as walking would require more oxygen and if you have mild asthma it might prevent you from getting enough can cause you to be light headed.

Also if there is any supplements you've started within the last month or so? You may want to discontinue those, as you could be having an adverse reaction to them. Some diet pills and "bulk up" products, even some natural remedies or supplements can cause these kinds of problems.

IT could be alot of things, Blood pressure, low sugar, seizure etc etc. I highly suggest you get yourself to a dr and dont drive there. have a friend or family member bring you. This could be a serious issue. Also sometimes if your pregnant you could pass out. low oxygen levels cold do this to. Please see a dr ASAP this is nothing to mess with or put off getting help. I wish you the best. TC and dont be scared. Im sure the drs can help you. hugs gl

it could be alot of things from heart failure to low thyroid to nutrient deficiencies to low blood pressure. But it could also be something as simple as being tired and not getting enough rest.

what other symptoms do you have?
