Well, it's how you deal with your anger that determines the outcome. Feeling anger is natural, everyone feels this at some point (some more than others). But when you turn that anger into an 'action', then you have problems.
If you can, you need to find some 'quiet time', alone, and just do some 'self-meditation', to bring yourself back to a rational state, and calmness. It seems easier said than done, especially when you're in 'the moment of anger, not passion'....
God does put obstacles in our path for a reason though. At times, this may be to test us on how we deal with stress, pressure, conflict. Sometimes it's to teach us how to deal with them. We all make choices in our lives, and the choice you make on how to deal with stress, pressure, and the chaos of the people you come in contact with, will make you a stronger person.
Just remember not to take on anyone's 'garbage'. Don't let people get the 'best of you', when they get you angry. Just know that you're the 'better person' and can remain calm, in any situation, because that's the best way to deal with stress, pressure or chaos.
If you can, try to 'remove' some of the stress from your work. Maybe minimize your work load for a change. Try to avoid conflicts by rationalizing the situation, first, before trying to fix something that isn't broken.
Anxiety is also natural, but is considered an 'out of control' sense of 'panic' that is preventable. You just need to find something that works for you - in 'de-stressing' the moment.
Whether that's walking away from a conflict or situation, until you've thought about it, or taking charge of a situation by simply putting your hand up, and stopping a conversation before it gets of hand, and knowing your boundaries.
You DO have a Right to have boundaries in your life where anything or anyone who tries to surpass that, and comes into your comfort zone, you can pull away from, and firmly acknowledge that you're not comfortable, or that you want to discuss a matter, at a later time, when things have calmed down.

When you feel the rage coming, immediately go to the nearest mirror and observe how you look. Then imagine how your family would feel if they see you in that gesture. Control yourself by closing your eyes and breathing in a controlledm manner. If your inside, go outside. Take it easy, step by step. We all have anger. It's an illness we must overcome. Be healthy okay?

just keep cool and concentrate on your breath, breathe form the abdomen not chest. then think of the incident and say that time will make you forget everything and you have had worst times than these. think of this world as a dream. be very composed and cool before you take any further steps. this will make you think better and take correct and rational decisions
