My first thought is food allergies. And if it happens every time you eat, the most likely suspects would be wheat, milk, corn, or soy. (Believe me corn is hidden in everything). You should go get tested. If you don't have insurance, try eliminating all four from your diet. Eat mostly plain meats and veggies, and see how it goes. If you improve, great! (but you're still going to want to see a doctor about it, even if just to get an Epi-pen) If it doesn't help, then you're really going to have to see a doctor asap.

Wheat - avoid flours, breads, crackers, soy sauce, etc.
Milk - avoid milk, cheeses, butter, anything with whey or lactose.
Corn - avoid nearly everything. See the following link
http://www.cornallergens.com/list/corn-allergen-list.php
Soy - read packages, its usually clearly labeled if used. may be hidden as lecitin though.

You could also have other issues with your throat, such as Eosinophilic disorders, neuromuscular problems, etc. But I think its more likely its a food allergy.

Your best bet is going to see a doctor and having allergy tests done. Skin prick is most reliable, then the Immunocap IgE food tests or the IgE food test by Immunolabs. RAST doesn't have nearly as good of a success rate.

Do you have problems breathing?Do you have problems swallowing food? Are you allergic to any foods? Could have problems with you esophagus there is something called peristalsis it is the motion in your esophagus that help the food go down and stay down along with the pyloric sphincter of course.
