I fidget all day, tapping my fingers, tapping my feet, bobbing my head while listening to music. Does this actually burn ANY calories? I am not asking if this is a good way to burn calories, I am just curious.

Everything you do that uses energy burns calories. The body burns an average of 1000 calories at night. Even sleeping, you burn calories. I wore my heart rate monitor for 24 hours and burned about 2000 calories with a very lazy day. Moving about makes you lose more calories, that's why housework is good...gets you moving and the blood flowin!

(no longer mandatory to connect a gymnasium, in simple terms walk extra, do no longer place self belief in delivery each and all of the time.)
