About 10 days ago I lost all my i.d's- permanent resident card, my passport, my social security card, everything.. but my main concern is getting my permanent resident card back. So how do I go about filling a I-90 form without showing identification? According to the form, it says that you would need to bring some kind of I.D.. so what do I do?

When I lost my passport, I didnt lose it along with all my other ID's. My mother sent me my passport through express mail and unfortuneately the carrier gave it to some guy downstairs instead of coming to my door (which he was supposed to do). My mother informed me after this whole incident, that she had also put the copy of my residence card and of my social in the same package that my passport came in. So you can say I'm very unlucky, But I'm hoping that I can go to the Dominican Embassy in Washington and retrieve a passport there. But does anyone know if you can get a permanent resident card replacement without using any forms of picture I.D? Can't they tell who I am by my finger prints?

Have you ever had to make copies of any of your forms of ID? For example, if you rent an apartment, or have a job, they will copy some forms of ID to keep in their records. Maybe you can get a copy of these back? If you go to college, maybe you can get a new student ID? How did you lose it? Did you file a police report?
