how do you like your steak..cooked...and served?

I like my steak cooked mid/rare...with blue cheese crumbled on top.

filet mignon rare bacon wrapped with cracked pepper, sauteed red bell pepper strips and psychedelic mushrooms. i prefer it served with 3 steamed lobster tails, lemons, and butter, and boiled king crab legs with lemons and butter, seasoned with zattarains seasoning. my preferred appetizer is alligator tail and small fried catfish.

I love steak. It's my favorite food. When dining out, I order my steak "As rare as you can legally make it." The best side are steak fries--I like to dip them in the blood/gravy dripping from the steak. Steaks are great when "cooked" with either Kosher or sea salt.

Steak should be rare, bleeding rare. I want to hear the cow say ":MOO" when i bite into it. It should be served with a bottle of steak sauce, baked potatoes and a bottle of ouzo.
