my feet hurt so bad after each shift, i am wondering what to do, so i got gellin insoles, and sorta helps, but not really, so i guess my question is what are some good standing shoes, and perhaps some pain management for my feet

Dang! I used to work in a restaurant and a department store standing up was my specialty.Moving around a lot helps if you notice when you just stand still for a long time it hurts more than when you walk around. Try buying a half size bigger shoe and wider. Some people don't like to invest in a good shoe. but it is worth it.

Water filled insoles worked very well for me. Also, If you have to stand for a long period of time don't stand exactly straight up. I mean don't lock your knees. Your legs will fatigue faster if your knees are locked.
