Try this:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and orange juice concentrate in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes more. Serve.

The easiest way is to make the gravy in the normal way but substitute stock for fresh orange juice ( with bits) slice a Seville orange and add it to the sauce in the saucepan - enjoy !!!

no, white vinegar, brown sugar mandarin orange juice (from the can) and flour, add bits of the together, (taste will help) then add flour a tbsp at a time while microwaving (flour is used to thicken) stir every minute or so for about 8 - 10 adding more flour or ingerdients as you think is needed.... trust me its awesome... substitue pineapple for a sweet and sour sauce

Use Seville (marmalade) oranges if you can get them, nice and bitter so your sauce won't end up too sweet.
