Just joking, it is as you live her except there is a huge gap of wealth and poverty. The rich live much better than we do with servants and maids, and the poor ar just that.
There is no major income from the country, as it was supplied under the old soviet union.
However the new oil finds will line the governments pockets well, and as for the poorer, well life goes on.
The usual of any developing country...
