Book to help write certain type of VB.net App?

Question

I'm looking for help writing a fairly simple VB.net application that captures video frames and makes animation out of them. Does anyone know of any books that would help me write this? Or how to find a book like this? Or a website that might help?

If I do a google search for VB.net video it doesn't help much.. which is why I am here asking..
