bacon is easier all you have to do is fry it & stir till crisp, sausage you have to flip to cook all sides to much work, so I,d go with the bacon, yum enjoy.

Neither. A plate of pasta with roasted garlic, olive oil, cheese and pine nuts. Cheese pizza. Shrimp, oysters, sushi. Delicacies such as barbecued eel, Dungeness crab, oysters, squid kara age, etc.
A real treat would either be deep-fried oysters with lemon and blue cheese dressing and a side of homestyle chips with mayonnaise.
Another would be blini, caviar, latkes, sour cream, fried red onions and Finlandia vodka, ice-cold. Some garlic butter, herring and Tuborg beer as well. Maybe a few pickles and garlic bread. Pickled asparagus and gravlax. A plate of Danish, French and German cheeses with crackers.
