My fave thing is soup. I always keep it on hand. The Ramen kind has the noodles in it if your feeling in the "pasta" frame of mind, or you can go veggie with lot's of broth, or a chunky style like beefstew. Any of them will fill you up , but, not too much!~ If you miss the "crunch factor" add a few saltines in the mix~ Bon Appetit!~

Sour cream mixed with brown sugar and some vanilla, all to taste. Use it as a dip for fruit. Is very good, and you won't feel like you're 'just' eating fruit. You can also dip fruit in yogurt if you don't feel like stirring anything together. I do that when we run out of sour cream. I've ALWAYS got yogurt.

Or just eat the yogurt.

Going healthy...have a piece of fruit. But that's no fun so have a hot dog without the bun, use it as a dipping stick...ketchup, mustard or relish...it's all good.

well if you have crackers & cheese that,s a nice snack or crackers & oysters always soothes the mind & sole, if you have them on hand or as my niece & nephew do, a big bowl of cherrios may help, good luck.

for the reason that it is in the type and upload-ons section, i wager you want some thing to devour in that class. if so, I propose you devour a boot, coated with necklaces. that would want to be a very good snack.

I would have to say cereal, fruit, or cheese. Not together, but one of them?
