An asian guy wrote it on my bill at a Japanese-style sushi place last week.

As I have no facility for transliterating kanji/katakana/hiragana, etc., I Babel Fished the phrase from Japanese to English, then plugged it back in to English-Japanese, and redid the first step. I figured it would come out somewhat differently, and it did:
Is that May of all razor blades? Completely your child.
As Japanese is somewhat of a poetic language, I suppose this is an inexact translation dance at best. I wonder how it would translate if I redid the sequence several times...much like a whisper game!

I just googled Japanese translator (quite easy actually) and this is what it came up with..
It is May of the razor blade every of ã of your child entirely.

ok well it really dont make any sense to me but i put that into a translator and this is what it said.
All May of a razor blade of a silly thing of your child.
