How to grow taller? I'm 14 and about 159 cm. is it short for my age? Can i grow taller? and how? And BTW,How many cm is 5'4? thx

There is no average height for anyone. Some people are short somme are tall. I don't think your short, and remember it is not fair to yourself to compare with other people around you.

The average height for a 14 year old? There is no "normal" or "abnormal" height. Everybody seems to be at different sizes at that age.

there is no average height,it all has to do with genetics
all this stuff is programed into you when you are created,it all depends on family history and what your genetic code is
,you will get taller with age

If a female, this height is ok. U will normally gain height to the extent of the height of ur parents.

i'm ninteen and 178 cm. i say it's pretty average and of course you will grow taller.
