More than likely. He's facing 288 years, and he's been convicted. He'll be sentenced January 9th, and is being held without bond because he in considered a flight risk.

Even if he gets sentenced, it doesn't necessarily mean that he was in the wrong. The apostle Paul wrote a good portion of the Bible while in prison.
