I like this guy I work with a lot. We flirted a lot and he always seemd interested. Well he got married over the summer and did not say anything to me about it. He even hides his ring when I'm around. And it's always awkard between us now. I dont know what it his. Could just be me. But now I dont even go near him and he knows it. How can I get rid of this feeling that maybe something could have happened?

Perhaps he thought that he may have had a chance with you but it didnt work. Now he is married but its very obvious that he has some feelings left for you. In a way he seems to feel guilty.
Stop thinking about "Ifs" and "Maybes"! Thats it, hes married. Instead what could help you is to start talking to him as a friend. Don't ask him anything about his marriage and dont even bring up that topic! Because if you do - both of you will feel awkward.
When you start talking to him, if he rejects you and runs away simply ask him if everything is alright.
Make it clear to him that you are only friends and make that clear in your head and everything will be fine. Meanwhile try to concentrate on all his bad points.. like perhaps he has yellow teeth, or he can never match his tie with his shirt.. then think of his wife as an ugly, horrible woman.. this will make you realise that hes not worth your time.

Be strong and good luck.

Just because the guy got married doesn't mean you still can't be friends if you want to. And why would he hide the ring? That sounds like a severe problem he has, not something wrong with you. I think he might be pretty immature. Something might have happened, but now he's used goods. Find someone you can call your own. Good luck!

Two bad character flaws. 1. He flirted with you and led you on, but was not man enough to tell you there was someone else. 2. He hides his wedding ring when you are around which means he doesn't value his wife or his marriage. Think about it. Is this really someone that deserves your feelings? I doubt it. Find someone else.

i think you must go through all this feelings and maybe a little pain to feel "healthy" again . there is no meaning in trying to avoid them or pushing them down , this would cause u more problems.
i think you know by yourself that there is no meaning and that since he is married he did not felt as much as u did .
you will get over it with time .
best of luck !!!

why does he hide the when he's around you? probably becuase he wishes he wishes he was married to you and what's you remain single, even though he's not.
