We live in the country, we have no cable TV, we have no satillite and only watch local channels with our favorite shows. This is the way we like though. I want to buy my husband the closest to state of the art TV but don't know a thing about TV's. I don't need certain features, I am sure, but want to be sure to get the best model for us. Can you help me?

Toshiba got the best rating, but when I saw with my own eyes, I picked Panasonic - a much better picture. If you just watch TV for the broadcast channels, I hope it's clear. Because your tv can only give you a clear picture when the reception is clear. Or if you watch DVDs or tapes, the clearity of the tv will matter.

you firstly do all the things expected by ur husband from u & dont give a single opportunity to complain u

then & then only

Ask him to buy a TV set alongwith SetTop Box/DTH facility which gives reception of signals from satellite to your TV by setting TVAntenna/Dish at ur home terrace.

Well, I would like to ask you if you could tell us where specifically you are staying at, which continent... since codings are different between the US and all the other countries.
