Be honest with him. You owe it to yourself to at least broach the subject. You don't have to come to an immediate decision about things, but testing the waters will make you feel better about the situation and give you an idea of your chances for a relationship.

Talk to him, and tell him that you want things to be more of a relationship than just casual sex.
I kick it up a notch in the bedroom, I like to keep things interesting all the time and never become boring. If you can dream it I can make it happen is my moto.

You got to be upfront with him about how you feel. If he doesn't have a liking for you other than your body, it is not going to work for you. I assume there was sexual chemistry between you before--I don't imagine it would be hard for him to still find you sexually attractive now...even more so.
