What is it/ cause your eye to jump? The last couple of days my right eye tends to switch every once in a while. What can i do to make it stop

It is a muscle spasm. Eat a banana or take some potassium tablets.

I would wait for a while to see if it lasts then see an optometrist. If it is a tic which is what I think it is, then it is caused by stress and lack of sleep. Lack of lubrication may play a factor. If that changes, it should go away. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and relaxation over the holidays and it should do. If it doesn't see an optometrist.
Caramelqt3836 says that she gets it due to a combination of lack of sleep and stress. Foxcat said it is a tic caused by eye strain or nervousness.

Close you eyes for a couple of minutes every 30 min.

It's a vitamin deficiency. Get a juicer and prepare spinach, 2 bananas, and half a carrot. Drink 8 oz. a day.
Also, don't worry, it is normal for a young person.

do you mean like when your eye twitches. . actually it is a muscle around the eye that makes you feel like it is the eye. . . usually it stops . . . or you can have an injection . .

is there somthing u worried about? some thing u cant resolve or in u head think u got to settle u nerves. then see if it goes away ok.

you got air in it.might be stress also it will go away.
