just visited the dermatologist this week..she burned off 12 spots that were pre cancerous..caused by too much sun exposure from my early years...I am in the second year of skin problems..and I didn't lay out in the sun as a teenager..too boring..I tried..but it was deathly dull..i am fair skinned with a mother who was a red head....do yourself and your skin a favor and limit your sun exposure...You'll be glad you did later....

wel that depends on your skin chemistry. they say, anything excessive or too much is dangerous. but now a days technology have come up with several balancing options. If you really like sunbathing, go to your nearest pharmacy & ask for rightful products that can sooth you interest. You must be very desperately white huh?

YES! It not only increases the risks of skin cancer but a palstic curgeon can tell a sunbather from a regular person becasue thier skin it thick and tough and not elastic. Sunbathing makes your skin leathery.

Yes. Skin Cancer (melanoma).

I've had over 30 cancers removed from my back and arms... and will always live with the possibility that it will kill me.

I was a life guard for 2 years in California.

Tanning salons, sunlamps, anything that gives off ultraviolet rays are harmful to the skin when the skin is subjected to these rays for long periods of time. Just laying out in the sun is bad and all of these can cause skin cancer.

Possible if one takes it in a state of exposed body as you are in your cute little picture but with some cover from someone like me it could be soothing!
