I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done. However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed. I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now! Cellulite - large fat cells that give a lumpy appearance under skin. Do you think broccoli would give you large fat cells as opposed to small fat cells...or even any fat cells since broccoli is a low cal food?
Most likely your friend is thinking in terms of what broccoli looks like, imagining it under the skin and drawing her own conclusions from there. Get smarter friends.

You must be kidding! Cellulite a type of fat deposits. Broccoli contains a lot of iron and is very good for you. No fat there!

I know that the human body burns more calories to digest broccoli than broccoli's actual calorie content. Thus, broccoli is a negative calorie food and has less calories in it than needed to use it. Your friend is pulling your leg.

According to the Dept of Health, where there is no fat there is no cellulite. Excess weight is the culprit that gives you cellulite.

Ummm....no. Veggies are pretty much free-for-all on the dietary scale according to my FIL's dietician. He's trying to lose weight to improve his overall middle-aged health, especially cardiovascular. She said he could eat as many vegetables as he wanted, whenever he wanted.

No it doesn't. You can eat any green vegetable without worrying about fat. Stay away from corn though.
