My sister is very pretty. She's about 5, 10 and 140 lbs. Some of the other girls are jealous of her so they start fights. She punched one of them in the face but that didn't work because the rest of that girl's friends just gang up on my sister. The school doesn't seem to care. What should we do? My sister wants to go to another school but my mom wont let her.

She needs to write letters herself to the school board, and document in detail the times, places and severity of the attacks. If the school isn't doing anything about the bullying, then obviously she isn't complaining loud enough. She needs to make the principal sit down with her and allow her to get a response. Write a letter to a local newspaper, even, to show how poorly the school is handling the situation. The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Wow this is a little tough. Thats why I always wished I had a huge family with plenty of brothers and sisters when I was in school.
I think that your mother should escalate this and go the police authority to get some type of protection order for your sister, because if them girls is jealous things are just going to continue and maybe get worse. Also there should be a meeting with the parents of the trouble making girls, the principle, dean and your mother and also police if it has to get down like that. I know my if that was my child I would handle it like that and do even more. Todays society is getting ruthless. Kids kill kids, Cut kids with razors all because of some jealousy issue, so to protect your sister and avoid them measures You never know what a kid is thinking or plotting. I would advise that your mother do all she can to make her child be safe. And if getting a school transfer is a better resolution then it shouldn't be hesitated. Maybe a charter school that has more of strict rules is better. Also maybe your mother needs to consider letting your sister take up some self defense courses so she can learn how to kick butt even if a gang of people jump her. She will know how to ward them all off.

Your parents and your sister should call the school and schedule a meeting with the principal regarding the problem. If the school doesn't care, go higher-up, contact the School District Administration. They should be able to help you. Tell your sister to stop fighting and walk away when she feels they may approach her.

She should arrange plans with the school to have an assembly. In the assembaly they shouls have a specialist come in and talk about the importance of friends and how you are going to need them in real life. They should also arrange a time where your sister speaks her mind about the situation. Talk about ho she feels when she wakes up knowing she has to face the junk at school. Good luck with the problem!

I had the same problem at my school. I was bullied a lot. I told the principal that if he didn't do something about my problem I was gonna do something about it myself if it means beating the **** out of the people. Well it never stopped. I actually went to the police because thats harassment. The police officer told the girl that was harassing me that if she didn't stop I was gonna press harassment charges against her and she stopped. It may take that for you. I hope my advice works for you. I'm sorry that peopl are rude like that to other people.

Your parents need to go to the officials at the school and put them on notice this sort of abuse of your sister will not be tolerated and threaten to hire a lawyer.

Your sister needs to get with her school counselor and disclose the problem. She will only make the problem worse by becoming a willing combatant.

if you know the parent, talk to the parent. if you dont, go to the school. you said enough to the kid. if you scare him anymore he *could* get you in trouble as an adult. you have no idea if this kids parents are going to start yelling, laugh it off or take it seriously. let the school handle it.

Acquire some friends that don't care about looks. Hang out with them. If they're true friends, they'll stand up with you against the dumb people who can't be satisfied with their own looks!

Arm her with mace and use it against the snotty women. She can claim self defence. :)
