Water Tank Level Indicator Circuit

Depends what you mean by "indicator"?
Do you actually want to know the water level - then use a table tennis ball fixed to a swivel lever whose rotating axis is mechanically connected to a potentiometer. The Ohm value of that Potentiometer can be read (Ohm meter) and calibrated to give you water level.
Do you want a full alarm - then buy one of those "Flood alarm" things which they sell for basements etc.. and put the sensor wire pair where you want it in the tank.
