First I wanna say I don't drink often (maybe a couple times a month at most) After a heavy night of drinking last night, today I've getting lightheadedness and at one point i felt like I was going to faint. I've gotten hangovers before and never experienced this. What do you think is causing this?

You are dehydrated. All a hangover is, is dehydration. Sounds weird because you are drinking fluid but, alcohol acts like a diuretic. You need to drink water. Gatorade or other sports drinks are good too.
