if i think shes cute id make effort to talk to her and at least try to be her friend... and see where that friendship takes us. i find it easier to start a relationship with a girl if my original intentions are to be friends.
i dont stare... but if we make eye contact ill smile and wave, i might throw in a wink...... i let her break eye contact 1st.

The stare tells us whether or not we got a chance we are looking for a sign from her that says come on over or dont even think about

There was a time in college I was in the tutoring area. I saw this girl walk past me. I mean she made me jump out of my seat and the very first thing I thought was, "Does anyone here know who she is?" I couldn't ask her directly because she was busy. So, I asked my friends if they knew her. Later that day I got her name and we talked.

Sometimes we want the eye contact to see if there may be an interest. Its hard to approach someone who u may not hink has an interest in you...sure setup for rejection! Take it as a compliment and if you find us interesting LET US KNOW!!!!
