Because when you completely immerse yourself in someone, and think about them all the time you feel lost without them. This is especially true for women after any sex is involved because of that ridiculous oxytocin hormone! The more sex the more bonding hormone released. It has been proven that women release more oxytocin than men. Once you develop feelings or emotions for something it’s always gonna hurt or bother you in some sort of way. Think about it dumping the trash vs. losing your favorite diamond! It just takes time, no drunken girls night outs or nights with Ben and Jerry help. Just remember there's 40 million single men in the US and I'm sure tons of them would be dying to be with you!

Probably you got all you could get out of the experience and it is time to move on. It was never a sure deal in the first place, and it would not be much fun if it were.

emotional attachment. The worst thing, is when the other person starts seeing someone before you. If you didn't care though, you wouldn't have been together in the first place. That's why it hurts.

becoz being with that person becomes a habit an addiction (if u no wat i mean) like smoking in a way!! u see them alot do everything 2getha and then all of sudden ur like "what the" now what am i supose to do!!
