God never had sex with anyone in the sense that we understand sex in human terms.
He won't have sex with the girl, but he might kiss her cos WE ARE HIS CHILDREN!! It's okay and pure to kiss your children, right?
He can do it but probably he won't kiss physically , though, cos the girl may die of shock. In the bible, people were always afraid for some reason when they really encountered God in a supernatural way and God or his angels had to say "Do not be afraid".
God usually shows us His love for us as Creator and Father in other ways , if we care to look.
By the way, God is already in Vegas. There is no "If".
He's there and everywhere right now. Ask Him. :D
