George Bush is an abomination! He has violated our independance in more ways than King George III ever could have dreamed of. I'm from the States and I think he should be tried for treason, sedition, treachery, and other high crimes. He went to war without seeking congresses approval, he has suspended the right to a trial and counsel for our "enemy combatants" and has suspended the entire bill of rights so he can wage his war on terror (or tare as he pronounces it). I'm surprised we haven't seen tanks rolling down the streets of our cities yet. We have F-16's flying over them day and night in some areas.

Actually the First Commandment is "Thou shall not have any Gods before me"

"Thou Shalt not kill" is buried in the middle somewhere, and Exodus and Leviticus contain a list of exceptions longer than your arm.

Doesn't change the fact that Bush is a psychotic megalomaniac though.

I wonder who it was who marched around a large wall and played the trumpets???? The Ten Commandments (Laws of Moses) are for unbelievers anyway. Read your Bible. Maybe you will gain some understanding. A new Law replaced the old Law.. Will find it in the New Testament!!

Glenn, the word for kill is "murder" in the orignial language. NOT kill as in acts of war, putting a criminal to death, or killing to defend self.
Finally, as much as I can't stand Bush, I would not ever want to try to determine if someone is a "true Christian" that depends on if they believe in Christ or not! Only God knows the answer to that one.

I KNOW GOD INTENDED FOR THIS WAR HE IS ALL KNOWING HE NEW FROM THE DAY HE CREATED MAN THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND GOD FEARING FOLKS LIKE ME WOULD BE BEHIND A GUN RUNNING AND CRAWLING ON OUR BELLY'S IN THE DESERT. BUT PONDER THIS THE MIDDLE EAST WAS THE HOME OF CHRIST WHEN HE WALKED THE EARTH. SO WHY WOULDN'T HE WANT CHRISTIAN FOLKS TO RECLAI'M IT IN HIS NAME. IM NIT SAYING THE MILITARY IS CHRISTIAN BASED BUT OUR LEADER IS. I RESPECT BUSH FOR WHAT HE DID THAT'S WHY I JOINED. SO RIGHT NOW I CAN SIT IN THE DESERT AND BE AT PEACE IN MY HART KNOWING THIS IS WHAT I WAS CALLED FOR. WHAT I'M SUPPOSE TO DO WITH MY LIFE. I'M POSITIVE I'M NOT GOING TO DIE OVER HEAR THE LORD HAS PROMISED ME MUCH MORE THEN A SANDY GRAVE. JUST ALWAYS KNOW THAT THERE IS GOOD AND BAD IN EVERY THING THAT HAPPENS AND NOTHING WAS BYPASSED IN THE LORDS WONDERFUL DESIGN I HOPE I HELPED CALM YOUR MIND AND PUT YOU TO REST IF NOT THEN I SUGGEST YOU SEEK THE FACE OF THE LORD AND SEE WHAT HE TELLS YOU. Only God and bush know bush's heart. He clearly has not acted on Christian principles (yes we are allowed discernment), but no one can judge his salvation but God.
BTW Jesus said the greatest commanment in the law was "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the most important commandment. The second most important commandment is like it: 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself.'

bush is too stupid to be the anti-christ. bush is not a christian, he just used that line to get public support. and as far as the commandments go, more people have been killed in the name of religion than anything else.

Frankly, I don't think we can afford to have a true Christian at the head of our nation. Think what that would be like. It would be suicide. Better to keep the jerks that we have who can do the job that none of the rest of us would have the heart to do.

No, and Bush is not a good leader. A real born again Christian leader would never do this.
