I have a feeling the application would be rejected, as your grammar and spelling is appalling.

For UK courses, ask your son to do a search through the British Council website or hotcourses.com for his specialist area. Once you have this initial list of institutions:
- See their elligibility criteria.
- If possible narrow the list down to universities that also offer scholarships his profile would fit in (I imagine you would be paying the costly international student fees).
- Weigh in the cost of living in the area the chosen universities are.
- Talk to previous teachers not only to get references but also to see which of the listed universities they would recommend.

A hard and long process... but it is his education, after all. I would imagine you should do the same for the other countries, but I am afraid I don't know the proper channels for them. Maybe you could check with their embassies.

In Sweden, the most prestigious universities are located in Uppsala, Lund (both of them old, traditional university towns), Stockholm (KTH, Royal Institute of Technology)and Gothenburg/Göteborg (Chalmers Univ. of Technology). However, there are several other excellent universities. A very good source for information is http://www.studyinsweden.se . There you will find information for students from abroad, with links to institutions and with search options (course searche).
Best of luck to your son!

Hadi,
Canada is one of the best and safest places your son can be.
In UK, it was approved that the university spies will be legally spying on any Muslim student and reported.
Canada, I would choose for my kids to educate and live safely.

PS, I challenge any native English speaker to write as good message as you have have done. You and your children should be very proud to speak foreign languages that good. Well done.
