i want a fairy with all kinds of blue, but she will have a weeping blue rose in her hand and a ripped dress with her knees to her chest and her head down with a single blood red tear. Her hair will be singed and dark blue her dress will be light blue (halter top) and bare foot. Sound kool or not?

seems like you put a lOT of thought into this tattoo and that's the important thing...you`re gonna have it for the rest of your life, so it's good that it's something you came up with
i have 2 and both have a lOT of meaning for me
just make sure what you get is something YOU want and means something to you

In retrospect, that would be a beautiful tattoo. Unfortunately, blue ink fads out to be all the same shade, which would result in your fairy looking as wilted as her rose. However, if you have the time and patience to be choosy, you could question the tattoo artist on what brand of ink they use. prism ink is the worst, then scream, then voodoo and the best I have found is starbright. It also is the safest since it is organic and contains no lead as the leading inks do. There are other kinds of ink that I haven't learned of therefore I don't know how they would hold up over time. Just remember that this will be on your body forever so be careful. Also, make sure you get a good artist because even though using different shades of the same color can be challenging and if not done right, can result in a blurry tattoo. Good Luck!!!

I think that sounds gorgeous. I love the single red tear. The image you've described seems so tragically vulnerable yet incredibly beautiful.
Unfortunately, I have to be naggy and advise you to think this over. Like everyone else has said, this is going to be on you for the rest of your life. Make sure it's something you'll love forever. I can't tell you whether you should get it or not. Only you can decide that.
I can only say that I really like the design idea. (Are you going with angel wings, bat wings, butterfly wings, some other sort of insect wings, ragged wings, flame wings, flower petal wings, no wings, or some other pair of wings? Regardless, it sounds so pretty.)
That being said, I was considering getting a green faerie on my back.

Sounds awesome. Seems there's a lot of meaning there as well. Be careful not to add too much blue. Some yellow (like a streaming ribbon waistline or the wings) might be considered. I think it would offset all the blue and balance the pic.

It sounds nice. Very detailed though, I hope you have a good tattoo artist. One more tip...with so much color in it, be sure you put a sunblock on it if it is an area that will be exposed to the sun very often. Otherwise your inks will fade.

sounds cool. it sounds like youve put some thought into this for a while and you know exacltly what you want.dont listen to everyone else. its your body do with it what you want to. its your choice if you want 0-100 tattoos go for whatever you want wherever you want it. good luck. let us know how it goes for you

it sound cool (i have 7 myself ) but let who going to do it and let them put some of there input coz it might come out way better then what you might have and if you dont like let them know coz you will be with it for the rest of your life . but it does sound nice would like to see it when its done i am into tattoo's
