Can any of these or the combo of them cause me to wake in the morning feeling almost drunk. Even stubling trying to get my balance. This is every morning, not just once or twice. I do not drink, except for maybe on or two times a year.

For sure these things can cause that feeling. You must be in quite a bit of pain! Other than the myofascial disorder, they all are directly affecting the nerves. Myofascial issues will indirectly affect nerves. Nerves can cause all sorts of symptoms. Please call a doctor and get checked out. Write a list of your symptoms and disorders so the doctor gets a more complete idea of what's going on. Many times they say you may only talk about one thing, but having that list in front of him/her may help to make a more informed diagnosis.
Are you on any medications? It may well be a side-effect from a medication or from a bad combo of meds.
Good luck

Have you been seen by a neurologist? If so what does he or she have to say? I would get another opinion. You can look up the symptoms or the dondtions on their own and see if anyhting is related.
