The experience had to do with myself and my father and his Doctor's office today. The Doctor was very unproffesional and rude with us both. This wasn't our first visit with him and he is usually not like this but I think this problem we had needs to be reported but to who and how I'm not sure about. Any serious help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You cannot report a doctor because they are rude to their patients. You can try but the board will not take is seriously. You can report if the doctor has made a medical mistake that has done harm, or if the doctor has made an ethical error like flirting or sex with patients, or if the doctor has a substance abuse problem then the medical board of the state will investigate.

Hiya. Each medical profession has it's own governing body called a College. Look on the internet to see what applies to your area. The College of Physicians and Surgeons is for Canada and I believe there is one for each province. If you are in the US I'm not sure what it would be called. Search under 'physician complaint'. These colleges are there to protect the public and are there to field complaints of any kind.
Good luck to you.
