Your 12 year old friend dating the 21 year old is wrong on so many levels. First of all, why would a 21 year old man even want a 12 year old little girl? He is sick and obviously desperate. She should know better too. she knows he is too old for her. I'm assuming her parents don't even know. She better hope they never find out because what he is doing is illegal.

Well the main problem with that is it's usually illegal in most countries. 12 is still considered being a child. And a 21 year old "adult" should know better.
