Treasure your belief as though it were a thirty carat diamond. Care for it and make it welcome in your soul. A relationship with God is to be treasured above all things, and belief is the beginning of a relationship with your Creator. Belief in God will cause life to stir in the darkest vacuum. Belief in God will sustain you when you are bereft of all else. Above all, be glad, for the Holy Spirit has given you this belief. You did not create this belief in God, nor do you have the capacity to do so.
Dare to whisper the words "I believe" in the face of all the universe. This whisper will build a bridge called "faith." Then listen. God has promised to answer, and He will.

Go to a church and talk to someone about the way you are feeling. They will help you decide when it is best to make the full commitment, though I would want it as soon as possible.
