i am trying to get faster and stronger and bigger in muscular mass for football. i have about 9 to 10 months on getting where i want to be. Should i concentrate half the time i got on building muscle first with a little cardio and sprint workouts to improve my speed and the other half work on speed with weightlifting still on the schedule or should i just do everything combined? thnk you

i think that u should very seriously think about sticking to a strick diet resumne were u can calculate your carb intake if u want to get bigger it is going to take some time to get too were u want to be be, right now make sure u r taking ur muscle mass creatine & eat alot of your protine bar & cliff bars, as far as ur speed keep ur self at at steady passe still keep on wrk out the is the best way to keep in shape for conditioning.do the tread mill if possible not for a long time thu keep it short. Cardio is the only way the u will be able to keeep yourself fit and in good shape.No dont do eveything c`ombined u r more a risk of burning yourself out. Also try working w- a personal trainer or get a workout chart keep track of ur workout dont train everyday evey other at best........

From what I understand if you take ballet and or yoga it would make you more limber and able to move easier and faster and at the same time build muscle. A lot of pro football players do this.
